Starting with a comprehensive assessment of the body to determine which areas are in need of attention, an in-depth programme of stretching and mobilizing exercises will be prescribed for you. These will be specific to your needs and start to realign the body so you can complete a full and precise swing.
Each personalized session progresses on from the previous one, identifying tight muscles and stiff joints, then works to give more flexibility and suppleness. As the body returns to its full function, a course of muscle strengthening and power exercises are added to the regime, helping to increase distance to your shots.
What is achieved on the golf course can also transfer to life in general making the body function better and help to stop aches and pains.
